Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy
PART 1Nature of the product
REBUILD4 is a fully digital product. It includes:
- A downloadable PDF guide (delivered immediately after payment)
- Access to a video programme (delivered digitally on launch day)
No physical goods are shipped. All content is delivered electronically.
PART 2Statutory right of withdrawal for digital products
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), implemented in Dutch law via Burgerlijk Wetboek Art. 6:230p, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where:
- Delivery has already begun, and
- The consumer has given prior express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires, and
- The consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon receiving access to the content.
PART 3Our voluntary 4-week money-back guarantee
Because we waive the statutory cooling-off period upon delivery, we offer our own voluntary guarantee that goes further: if you complete the full programme and don't feel the difference, we refund you in full.
We believe our product works. If you use it consistently for 4 weeks, complete your three check-ins honestly, and genuinely do not feel better, stronger, or experience less brain fog — we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
How the guarantee works — step by step
Eligibility requirements
- All three check-ins completed and submitted (week 1, week 2, week 4)
- Programme used consistently for the full 4 weeks as directed
- Refund request submitted within 5 calendar days of the week 4 check-in
- Purchased directly from our website
- First-time purchase only — one per customer or household
What "feeling better" means
No medical proof or documentation required. Our check-in forms ask you to self-report on three dimensions:
- Energy — do you feel more energised during the day compared to week 1?
- Strength & physical wellbeing — do you feel physically stronger or more capable?
- Mental clarity — has brain fog reduced? Do you feel sharper and more focused?
If you report no meaningful improvement in at least two of these three dimensions, you qualify. We trust your honesty.
PART 4Defective or non-conforming digital content
Under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services, implemented in Dutch law via BW Art. 7:15a–7:15n, if the digital content does not conform to the contract (e.g. videos are inaccessible, files are corrupted, content is materially different from what was described):
- Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue
- We will remedy the issue free of charge, or provide a full or partial refund
- You are entitled to this remedy for the duration of access to the content

PART 5Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You did not complete all three check-ins before requesting a refund
- Refund request was submitted more than 5 days after the final check-in
- The product was purchased from a third-party platform
- Dissatisfaction caused by failure to follow usage instructions
- You have already received a refund for a previous purchase of this product
